At The Triple Crown Centre, our values of BELIEVE, ACHIEVE and THRIVE are at the heart of everything we do. They guide our expectations, our relationships, and our commitment to supporting every young person to succeed.

BELIEVE

At The Triple Crown Centre we strive for our students and staff to BELIEVE by:

  • Setting ambitious goals, embracing high expectations, and believing in our ability to achieve them.

  • Recognising and celebrating individual strengths, while developing the confidence and resilience to overcome challenges.

  • Working in partnership with students and their families to ensure that previous barriers to learning do not limit future success.

ACHIEVE

At The Triple Crown Centre we strive for our students and staff to ACHIEVE by:

  • Fostering a growth mindset through resilience, perseverance, hard work and determination, enabling everyone to reach their full potential.

  • Working collaboratively with families, home schools and external agencies to provide the support needed for successful progress and positive transitions.

  • Developing the skills, knowledge and understanding required to succeed in education, training and employment, empowering young people to achieve their ambitions.

THRIVE

At The Triple Crown Centre we strive for our students and staff to THRIVE by:

  • Working as one team where everyone is valued equally, within a safe, engaging and supportive learning environment in which all can thrive.

  • Providing a broad range of experiences and strategies that build self-belief and confidence, enabling individuals to overcome adversity and plan positively for their future.

  • Promoting a passion for lifelong learning and celebrating success in all its forms at every stage of the journey.

CROWN Skills

At The Triple Crown Centre, we actively develop our CROWN Skills, which underpin everything we do and support our young people to succeed both in and beyond the classroom. These skills include Communication, Resilience, Organisation, Willingness to Try and Nurturing Others, and help our students to express themselves clearly, overcome challenges, manage their learning effectively, embrace new opportunities with confidence and contribute positively to the school community and wider society.
