Enrichment
Our afternoon Enrichment Programme provides students with meaningful opportunities to broaden their experiences, develop new skills, and strengthen relationships with both peers and staff. Designed to complement the academic curriculum, the programme encourages curiosity, creativity, and personal growth within a supportive and stimulating environment, while promoting our core CROWN skills: Communication, Resilience, Organisation, Willingness to Try, and Nurturing Others.
Through a wide range of activities, students are encouraged to challenge themselves, collaborate with others, and develop confidence, independence, and resilience. Sessions support intellectual, creative, and physical development while helping students strengthen communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
The programme is further enriched through guest speakers, specialist workshops, and external partnerships, giving students valuable insight into future careers and real-world experiences. These opportunities help students build confidence, develop new interests, and contribute positively to the wider school community.
Overall, the Enrichment Programme supports the holistic development of every student, fostering a strong sense of belonging while equipping young people with the CROWN skills needed to thrive both in school and beyond.
