1. Quality of Education
1.1 | Continue to develop long term Curriculum Plans and Units of Learning to meet the needs of all learners. |
1.2 | Continue to ensure the embedding of reading and literacy skills across the curriculum. |
2. Behaviour and Attitudes
2.1 | Continue to promote above 95% student attendance and a reduction of persistent and severe absence. |
3. Personal Development
3.1 | Continue to promote and support students’ preparation for the next stage of their education and/or training. |
3.2 | Provide further opportunities for students to develop their knowledge and understanding of: - How to keep physically and mentally healthy - Healthy relationships To include: Ensure that physical activity is well-planned and encouraged in a systematic way.(Ofsted priority). |
3.3 | Prepare students for life in modern Britain by: - Developing their understanding of British values - Promoting equality and diversity - Providing opportunities for students to be responsible, active citizens who contribute positively to society To include: Ensure that students’ understanding of different religions is developed thoroughly. (Ofsted priority). |
3.4 | Continued promotion of students’ confidence, resilience, independence and strength of character. |
4. Leadership and Management
4.1 | Establish and embed Triple Crown Centre's new wider offer to students on alternative learning pathways. |
4.2 | Ensure that all teachers access high-quality, subject-specific continuing professional development. |
