1. Quality of Education
1.1 | Continue to develop long term Curriculum Plans and Units of Learning to meet the needs of all learners. |
1.2 | Ensure that a high standard of education is delivered via the Outreach/Hybrid and Remote Learning Pathways |
2. Behaviour and Attitudes
2.1 | Continue to promote at least 'good' student attendance and a reduction of persistent and severe absence. |
3. Personal Development
3.1 | Ensure students' preparation for the next stage of their education and/or training is fully promoted and supported. |
3.2 | Provide further opportunities for students to develop their knowledge and understanding of: |
- Mental Health | |
- Physical Health - Ensure that physical activity is well-planned and encourages in a systematic way (Ofsted Priority) | |

4.3 | Develop a TCC SharePoint to provide a secure place for staff to work collaboratively, share, and access information |
