1. Quality of Education
1.1 | Increase dedicated curriculum time for supporting students' emotional development and exploration of new interests, ensuring a balanced approach alongside core subjects like English and Mathematics. |
1.2 | Ensure all staff consistently check students' understanding and adapt their teaching to match students' individual learning needs, so that work is appropriately challenging for all learners. |
1.3 | Improve the quality of teaching through consistent use of evidence-based instructional strategies. |
2. Behaviour and Attitudes
2.1 | Continue to promote at least 'good' student and a reduction of persistent and severe absence. |
2.2 | Promote positive mental health and resilience for students and staff. |
3. Personal Development
3.1 | Ensure students' transition to their next setting are fully promoted and supported. |
3.2 | Provide a range of visits and experiences that support the curriculum and broaden students' personal developemnt. |
